Wisconsin Slow Cooker Brats(u.s)


Ingredients



Original recipe makes 8 servings




  1. 8 bratwurst
  2. 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer
  3. 1 onion, sliced
  4. 3/4 cup ketchup



Directions



1. Place bratwurst, beer, red onion, and cat-sup in a crock pot. Add water over combination until everything is covered. Set crock pot to HIGH and cook for 4 hours.

2. Preheat an outdoor bbq grill for top temperature and lightly oil thank.

3. Grill bratwurst on preheated bbq grill until they are browned, about 5 minutes.
