- 1 cup vegetable
oil
- 13 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 5 tablespoons minced garlic
- 5 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 (8 ounce) bottles black bean sauce
Directions
1. In a large wok,
warm oil over medium-high warm. Mix in natural beans; prepare, mixing
regularly, for 1 to 2 moments. Mix in garlic and ginger; prepare, mixing
regularly, for 3 to 4 moments. Season with pepper and salt, and then stir in
black vegetable marinade. Continue cooking until peas are tender.
