makes 16 sandwiches
- 2 pounds ground
beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 16 hamburger buns, warmed
Directions
Warm a large container over medium-high heat and mix in the
hamburger and red onion. Cook and mix until the meat is crumbly, equally
browned, and no whiter. Strain and eliminate any excess oil. Stir in the
catsup, brown sugar, therapy, Worcestershire marinade, mustard, and salt. Bring
to a cook, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 20 minutes more
time. Serve on heated buttocks.
