makes 8 servings
- 8 bratwurst
- 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup ketchup
Directions
1. Place bratwurst, beer, red onion, and cat-sup in a crock
pot. Add water over combination until everything is covered. Set crock pot to
HIGH and cook for 4 hours.
2. Preheat an outdoor bbq grill for top temperature and
lightly oil thank.
3. Grill bratwurst on preheated bbq grill until they are
browned, about 5 minutes.
