Ingredients
Original recipe
makes 4 to 6 servings
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 8 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a container or griddle, liquefy butter over method
heated. Add green spice up and onion; saute until tender. Mix in tomato
marinade, sugar, Worcestershire marinade and cayenne pepper. Cook until
marinade has thickened, about 10 minutes.
2. While marinade is cooking, beat together egg and dairy.
Heat a lightly lubricated 6 inch container over method heated. Cook four small
omelets, one at time, in the container. Season each with spice up and salt and
keep them heated while the others are prepared. Serve heated with marinade
spooned over each omelet.
