- 3 tablespoons butter,
divided
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 cups cooked lobster meat, diced
- 2 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
1. Preheat range to 350 levels F (175 levels C). Gently oil
a cookie sheet bowl.
2. Melt 3 tbsps of butter in a soup pot over medium heat.
Mix in flour, mustard dust, salt, and spice up until sleek. Add in the dairy
and cream, bring to a cook, and cook until thickened and sleek, mixing
constantly. Add the weeds and dairy products; stir until the dairy product has

3. Pour into prepared cookie sheet bowl. Mix the breads food

browned, and the cookie sheet is hot; about 30 minutes.
